Brooke’s 20+ year business career has exposed her to various industries, from Fortune 500s to small start-ups, and she has excelled at creating systematic processes, organizational structuring, and positive growth outcomes. Brooke has successfully provided corporations with Human Resources expertise, from a young Recruiter to an experienced Executive. She joined Safety Resources, Inc. in 2021, and while she is officially the Director of Operations, she is also a member of the Executive Management team, and all Marketing and Communications efforts are managed by Brooke. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching by providing a positive and influential presence, as well as a keen ability for conflict resolution. She is a fervent listener and is committed to being a sounding board to her team. She brings to the firm a high energy, motivational style of leadership with positive results, optimized productivity, and streamlined communication processes and systems, while always striving to help her team maximize their potential and meet their individual goals.
A graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Human Resources Management, Brooke has spent her career responsible for organizational sustainability and growth without sacrifice to loyalty, value, and reputation. She is a SHRM-SCP who understands that employees are our greatest resources and most valuable assets. Her progressive leadership approach has been instrumental in corporate cultural shifts many times over.
Having spent time in industrial settings, administrative roles, marketing and advertising industries, and several others, Brooke has taken her limitless organizational skills and created operational processes within Safety Resources which will be utilized as corporate models for years to come. She is an invaluable resource who believes there is no challenge too great to accomplish. She is a visionary who possesses foresight and imagination and who is always willing to do whatever is necessary to reach a positive solution or impactful, measured result. Brooke is currently working diligently to get the firm’s Dallas, Texas office engaged and performing valuable safety services in both construction and general industries.
In her spare time, Brooke enjoys time spent with her husband, Nathan, and their black lab, Millie. She enjoys cooking, reading, music, attending sporting events with her family, nieces and nephews, and long walks with Millie. Most recently, she has discovered her admiration for houseplants, and she utilizes intricate crafting projects as a method of relaxation to create mindfulness after a busy work day.
