Stairways and Ladders: Above, job-made, wooden steps were made to access upper-roofing area operations. When accessing other areas of greater than 19 inches in
height difference, there should be a ladder or step provided in accordance with
29 CFR §1926.1051(a).
A competent person should inspect the integrity of the structure prior to
personnel use.
