Susan Yeiter joined the firm as an Accounting Coordinator, but her natural business, accounting and marketing sense found their application as she progressively took over general management of the firm. Throughout her career, Susan’s ongoing interest in continuing her diversity certification education, consultant billing practices and working on the advanced applications within Microsoft Excel has equipped her to oversee the firm’s marketing, technology, human resources, financial and facilities management.

After Susan completed undergraduate studies, she continued her experience in the field of sales and education by becoming a missionary in Cameroon, Africa for 8 years, where she help start and teach a Ladies University, focusing on business.  Susan is a former Physical Education teacher and Pre-K teacher at Crosspoint Christian Academy.  She also taught keyboarding to 7th grade students.  She worked in training and underwriting at Golden Rule Insurance (now United Healthcare), and has extensive experience processing payroll, completing all Accounts Payable Functions as well as invoicing and Accounts Receivable.

Susan works closely with the senior management team of the firm, and is always a part of the continuous improvement decision-making process.  She helps manage the Site Services Division by making the hiring decisions as well as employee / client relations.  Susan is a Notary Public.

Away from work Susan enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband and five amazing children, music, reading, biking, and coffee.  She is a member of Crosspoint Baptist Church.
